Processing & Shipping Dates

• You will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• United States: 3–5 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by location and customs processing)

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
• Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $80 or more (before tax and discounts).

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items ship within the timeframe listed on their product page, as production times vary by style.
• Any non-preorder items purchased in the same order will ship separately.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees required by their country.
• Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections or delays.

Address Changes

• If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at info@louidor.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
• We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Louidor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages due to address errors provided at checkout.
• Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
